We are 10% of the way there! Oh boy, it’s going to be a long month. Let’s jump right into it.
How I Felt Today
My mood was up and down today. I did not sleep much at all (even though I was in bed by 9 pm) and I certainly felt it throughout the day. My breakfast was delicious and I think I finally found the right coffee-oat milk-honey ratio. My lunch was really lacking in flavor, and unfortunately I don’t have much to improve it this week. I will have to plan some more exciting lunches for next week when I put together my grocery list. By the end of my work day, I was starving! I went straight to the grocery store to pick up some eggs, potatoes, bars, and bananas. Dinner was large, delicious, and satisfying.
I’m already starting to feel some of the benefits of clean eating. By the end of the day, my stomach and hips felt a lot less bloated then normal. And sorry if this is an overshare, but I’ve also been fairly “regular”. Cravings were not too bad today, I just felt really hungry in the afternoon.
Because I went to the gym yesterday, I opted to skip today. I was extremely tired and my legs were very sore, so I listened to my body and went home to rest.

*I am not restricting calories during this 30 Day Challenge but I am including the total here for reference. When you eat clean, you can eat as much as you like! The unlimited quantities are my favorite part about this diet plan.
I’m realizing that I “under-shopped” this week. I am definitely looking forward to buying more food for next week and exploring some delicious clean recipes! That’s all for now.
