I’ve started this blog to motivate others who are working to attain a healthy lifestyle in a not-so healthy world.
Searching for inspiration has always been one of the key components in my health and fitness journey. I’m motivated by others who are working towards the same goals I am, and inspired by the people who have reached, surpassed, or made great progress to their goals. I want to share my journey now, so that as I continue to find inspiration in others, I might be able to pass that inspiration on to someone else.
